The protection of your personal data is important to me and for this reason I reduce its processing to the minimum necessary. It is unquestionable that I treat all your data confidentially and in accordance with data protection regulations. My site can be consulted, without providing any personal data, except for consultation appointments, when choosing to use the online booking system offered here.

This site has cookies whose main function is to ask the patients for their consent to register their personal data, for the sole purpose of excecuting their registration and billing, and therefore enabling them to use the online booking system.

PATIENT DATA

If you are my patient, your personal data will also be recorded electronically for billing purposes. Name, address and type/time of Physiotherapy are registered according to the medical prescription. If you send me questions via email or any other electronic means, the data you provide will be stored by for information purposes about your query and any necessary adjustments in subsequent sessions. These data will not be transmitted without your consent. Your personal data relevant to the treatment is collected in writing and its course will also be documented. These records will be destroyed 10 years after the end of treatment. In the multi-disciplinary practice, only Physiotherapists and/or Occupational Therapists have access to your data, being subjected to medical secrecy.

If you wish to obtain a partial refund after making the payment for the treatment, you must forward your invoice, issued by me, together with the medical prescription (Verordnung) to your responsible health insurer.
